How does the Essentials Package work?
The Essentials Package is designed to keep up with routine maintenance and catch signs of wear early. When you subscribe, you'll schedule your first visit. From there, we’ll plan quarterly check-ins that best meet your business's needs. Each visit includes a full multipoint inspection, with a detailed report shared for your records, as well as oil changes, engine air filter replacements, and fluid top offs as needed.
Our technicians will report back after inspecting all of your vehicle's systems, including the braking, steering and suspension, starting, charging and electrical, fuel, ignition, and exhaust to access overall engine and drive train health. This will cover the basics like checking fluids, brake pad life, and reading for any stored codes, as well as hidden signs of upcoming repairs including leaks, dry rotted bushings or hoses, and uneven wear.
Upgrading to our Premium Package includes free and discounted services!
How are Fleets handled?
The more vehicles your business needs to protect, the more you save! Our technicians will be able to inspect each vehicle within our scheduled visit, keeping everything running smoothly.
Each vehicle can be enrolled in either the Essentials or Premium Package. The first Premium Package vehicle receives 2 free diagnostic callouts, with one additional free diagnostic for each subsequent Premium vehicle. These diagnostics apply to any vehicle on the Premium Package. Plus, all Premium vehicles enjoy discounted labor rates, maximizing value for your fleet.
Our current structure plans for fleets up to 4 vehicles. For businesses with 5 or more vehicles to protect, please reach out so we can tailor a membership that best fits your budget and scheduling needs.
Can I make changes to my Membership?
Once a Maintenance Membership Plan is subscribed to, you still have the flexibility to upgrade any vehicle to the Premium Package. Appointments can be rescheduled to best meet your business's demands. While rescheduling is conditional on our current schedule and weather conditions, our team will handle your car needs timely.
Most importantly, we’re dedicated to serving our community and making your experience as smooth as possible.
